Deadline Extended — Digital at UNGA Awards 2026
At the request of stakeholders and by popular demand, the submission
deadline for the Digital at UNGA Awards has been extended to 9 August 2026.
This is the final call to nominate outstanding digital initiatives,
policies, partnerships, and leaders advancing inclusive, responsible, and
people-centred technology. Open to all stakeholders, the Awards celebrate
solutions that are already delivering measurable impact and elevate the
people and institutions shaping a more inclusive digital future.

Submissions are welcome across four categories:


   - *Digital Inclusion* — expanding equitable access to connectivity,
   digital skills, and online participation, particularly for underserved and
   marginalized communities
   - *Digital Government* — modernizing public services through responsible
   digital transformation
   - *Digital Frontiers* — pioneering the responsible use of AI, quantum,
   space, and other frontier technologies to address global challenges
   - *Digital Pioneers* — recognizing young innovators (25–40, minimum 5
   years of experience) and youth-led organizations driving impactful digital
   change


*Meet the Jury *

Submissions will be reviewed by an independent, multistakeholder jury of
experts drawn from across the UN system, international organizations,
academia, and the private sector.

Winners will be recognized as part of Digital at UNGA 2026, taking place 21
September at UN Headquarters in New York, on the eve of the General Debate
of the 81st UNGA Session, in front of global leaders, innovators, and
change-makers shaping the future of digital cooperation.
