Pretty lame defense.

aged 10 to 15 were using social media just as frequently in March as they

Over the year we have seen that such efforts to "ban" inevitably end up
with parents thinking everything is in control and they don't need to do
anything, but the reality is that they are the only ones who can help their
children, but, these laws, endorsed by parents who wants others to take
care of things for them (so they think). grassroots groups that always
lobby govts and politicians who are always the last to know what to do
(that's how these grassroots groups, however well-intentioned, make their
living too).... Always end up in a cycle of uniformed ineptitudes.
