[Chapter-delegates] Input Requested: Internet Society Code of Conduct Review (Survey Deadline 6 May)

Dear Chapter Leaders,

Further to the previously announced initiative to review and update the
Internet Society Code of Conduct, we are now inviting your input on the
first draft of the revised version.

Chapters play a particularly important role in this process. Your
experience working closely with local communities, organizing events, and
fostering inclusive environments provides valuable, practical insight into
how the Code of Conduct is applied. At the same time, this review reflects
the broader Internet Society community — including Organization Members,
Alumni, staff, individual members, stakeholders, and others — with chapters
forming a key part of this global ecosystem.

We kindly invite you to complete a short survey, which includes the first
draft of the updated Code of Conduct. The purpose of this survey is to
gather feedback on the draft, collect ideas for improvement, and identify
volunteers interested in participating in follow-up working sessions.

Please note:

* All input is welcome and appreciated; however, not every suggestion may
be feasible to implement.
* We will share a high-level summary report of the feedback received and
any resulting updates, rather than responding to each submission
individually.

Key dates:

* Survey deadline: 6 May
* Working sessions: 7 May (volunteers can indicate their interest directly
in the survey)
