[Chapter-delegates] Looking ahead: strengthening Chapter resilience together

Dear Chapter Leaders,

Earlier this year, the ISOC Foundation partnered with Nonprofit Builder to pilot a new program designed to strengthen Chapter capacity for financial sustainability. Through a series of introductory workshops, Chapters were introduced to practical tools, concepts, and strategies that can support long-term resilience.

As we close this pilot phase, we are looking ahead to 2026, where we hope to scale this program to reach more Chapters and offer deeper, tailored support. Your input will be vital in shaping this next stage.
