[Chapter-delegates] Invitation to Observe ISOC and ISOC Foundation Board Meetings (8-9 November 2025)

Dear Chapter Delegates,



The fourth quarter ISOC Board Meeting will take place on Saturday, 8 November and Sunday, 9 November in Montreal, Canada and via Zoom Webinar. The agenda is posted here<https://www.internetsociety.org/board-of-trustees/meetings/191/>. Open to Observers Session topics will include the ChAC Report, Chapter Reports, President and CEO’s Report, ISOC Update, Presentation of the 2026 Action Plan, and an Accessibility Update. The meeting will close with several formal resolutions.



The fourth quarter ISOC Foundation Board Meeting will take place on Sunday, 9 November. The agenda is posted here<https://www.isocfoundation.org/meeting-agenda/f34-agenda/>. Open to Observers Session topics will include a Foundation Update and Presentation of the 2026 Action Plan. This meeting will also close with several formal resolutions.

Please note that minor changes to the agendas may occur in the leadup to the meetings and you may wish to review the agendas again closer to the meeting dates.

The Zoom Webinar links can be obtained by clicking the “Guidelines for Observers” button on each agenda page, and then the “Agree” button. Please note the links are different for each meeting.
