Dear Chapter Leaders and Delegates,

I am honoured to stand as a candidate for the 2026 Chapters Advisory
Council (ChAC) Steering Committee. My motivation stems from a deep
commitment to the Internet Society’s mission, ensuring an open, globally
connected, secure, and trustworthy Internet for everyone.

Having served in ICT leadership and governance for over 20 years and as
Treasurer of the ISOC Lesotho Chapter, I have witnessed firsthand how
collaboration, resilience, and shared vision can empower even the smallest
chapters to make a meaningful impact.

Lesotho may be a small country, but our chapter’s journey reflects what is
possible when we align local action with global purpose. Through
partnerships, advocacy, and community-driven projects, we have worked to
promote digital inclusion, internet governance awareness, and capacity
building. I have harnessed lessons, which I believe can strengthen the
broader ChAC network.

Through the theme "Advancing a Stronger, More Connected Global Chapter
Community", I envision that by the end of 2026, we will have a more
connected, collaborative, and empowered community of chapters, one that
amplifies regional voices, enhances knowledge exchange, and advances our
collective influence in global internet policy and development.

If elected, I will focus on:

   - Empowering Chapters through shared resources, mentorship, and
   structured collaboration.
   - Enhancing Advocacy Capacity so every chapter can meaningfully
   contribute to shaping internet policy.
   - Strengthening the ChAC’s Global Voice, ensuring all chapters, large or
   small, are heard, valued, and supported.

Together, we can advance the Internet Society’s impact by building an
inclusive, sustainable, and resilient chapter ecosystem.

I look forward to your support and collaboration as we continue to shape a
stronger future for our global community.
