Dear Chapter Leaders,

We are pleased to invite you to a 60-minute briefing session on the Policy Framework for Internet Intermediaries and Content, released by our team last year. In light of new regulatory challenges, this framework addresses the diverse functions of Internet intermediaries, explains why robust liability protections are essential for a thriving Internet, and offers principled recommendations to guide future policy. This will be an opportunity to deepen your understanding of the framework, ask questions, and exchange ideas to strengthen collective advocacy efforts.

Agenda:

  1.  Presentation: Overview of the framework’s key concepts, recommendations, and how ISOC intends to use it in advocacy.
  2.  Open Discussion: Space for questions, feedback, and ideas on applying the framework in your regional or national advocacy efforts.
