[Chapter-delegates] REMINDER: Action Required: Review Your Draft Chapter Performance Evaluation by 30 November 2025

Dear Chapter Leaders,

This is a kind reminder to please review your draft performance evaluation reports in the Leader Portal (AMS) and address missing items by 30 November 2025.

The draft 2025 chapter performance evaluations are available for review in the Leader Portal (AMS).

Next Steps:

  *   Review your draft evaluation and identify any gaps in the required criteria

  *   Contact your regional CEM for support in updating missing items before 30 November

  *   Updates to chapter records will be reflected in your evaluation record

  *   Your CEM will finalize and complete your performance evaluation after the deadline

Key Information:

  *   Deadline: 30 November 2025 for all updates. Submissions after this date may not be considered.

  *   Requirement: All 7 criteria in Part 1 must be met to maintain good standing status.

  *   Final Results: Your regional Community Engagement Manager (CEM) will calculate your chapter's final score and badge after the deadline. Results will be announced on 11 December 2025.

How to Access Your Draft Evaluation:

  1.  Log into the Chapter Leader Portal<https://community.internetsociety.org/leader/s/> (AMS) or access it through the community portal

  2.  Click on the "Chapter Evaluations" tab

  3.  Locate "December 2025" Evaluation record

  4.  Click the corresponding number in the Chapter Evaluation Name column (e.g., CE-12345)

  5.  Review your draft evaluation to identify any missing items that require attention

Important Note: This is a preliminary draft. Some updates to chapter evaluations criteria may not yet be reflected, including attendance figures for regional calls, which will be added before the final report.
