[Chapter-delegates] Announcement of the 2026 Chapters Advisory Council Steering Committee Election Results

Congratulations to all elected leaders to represent us in the ChAC Steering
Committee 2026.

Just an observation to make it, the election results are not available to
participating chapters for counter verification based on individual
candidate performance.

I wish we could have access to voting results for purpose of
accountability, transparency and verification.
