I will be happy to refer you to several commercial services, some $billion
companies, who specialize in meeting the "legal & operational"
requirements. Most multinational corporations use these services so they
can find the best employees.

More to the point, would we get more new members if we didn't
spend $300,000* on a new employee but rather used the money for a
chapter-led membership drive?

I'd love to hear whether European chapters think they can use the money
productively?

*Estimate of grossed up cost including expenses
