[Chapter-delegates] Fw: Facebook's Video Storage policy is changing: download your old live videos

Are chapters having difficulties managing digital assets and services?
if so what blockages need help unblocking?
Does it make sense to organise an index / search service for chapter
materials?
I am not keen on Facebook and would never recommend depending on them
for archival. The same goes for Google and YouTube which is seen as
trigger happy deleting accounts that post things that get complaints.
Chapters need to know that a contentious comment or so in a video won't
end up removing all their content.
So another solution would be wiser? no?
