[Chapter-delegates] Celebrating IWD 2025

Dear Charles,

Thank you for emphasising this information that shows the disparity between
women and men in internet access and usage. Our work at ISOC to ensure that
'the internet is for everyone' couldn't be more critical now. International
days like International Women's Day is a reminder that we need to do even
more to close these gaps.
