[Chapter-delegates] VIDEO: The Geopolitics of the Internet: How Will Trump Reframe the New World Order

Hi Charles,

I am using the web interface. This is a transcription of a public event,
already publicly webcast. Whatever means I use to transcribe, that
transcription is made public.

As noted, DS actually has superior functionality, when it comes to
reformatting lengthy portions of plain text. I tried both ChatCPT(4.0 plus)
and Perplexity, and they both a) crap out before finishing, and/or b)
change the wording. I am not eligible for ChatGPT 4.5. If anyone has any
other suggestions I am happy to test them.

If I am, as does occasionally but rarely happen, editing/archiving an ISOC
community event (to YouTube unlisted), I will take your concerns into
account.

Joly
