[Chapter-delegates] A thanks to our Bengaluru and Kenya chapters

I agree. It's great to hear about these positive ISOC leadership
interactions with chapters who are doing such superb work in their
communities especially in areas where our support is much needed. It is the
recognition and acknowledgement of their efforts and the goodwill, that
they will treasure.

I cannot remember when the Pacific had interactions with anyone from ISOC
for many a year, and touching base will be so valued by those who will get
to meet Sally and her team in Hawaii. Definitely something to add to their
reports that they will prepare for their return to their tiny home Islands.
