[Chapter-delegates] 15 facebook page followers needed today!

Thanks all! The count is now 105, and livestreaming is enabled!

Of course it used to be that all African Chapter livestreams were also
cross-posted to the ISOC Africa FB page for regional viewing, but sorry to
say, ISOC removed my access. The last one was in fact from ISOC DRC last
June <https://www.facebook.com/ISOCAfrica/videos/1914739608963733> .

Perhaps, if enough Chapters requested it, that access might be restored.
