[Chapter-delegates] Invitation to Observe ISOC Board Meeting

Dear Colleagues,

the subject topic says it all -- or rather lack of.

The last invitation to Observe ISOC Board Meeting was sent on November 
2024 for the November 2-3 Board meetings.

Since there there's been no announcement about the 11th December 2024 
Meeting.

There's been no announcement about the 8th January 2025 Meeting.

And there's been no announcement about the 12th February 2025 Meeting 
yesterday.

Bad luck, the last minutes published at those from Meeting Nr. 182 in 
September 2024. We are now at meeting number 185.

Admittedly ISOC's been good at posting the Zoom recordings of each 
public meeting online, but it would really be appreciated if this 
Chapter Community was informed about Board meetings, so they can keep up 
with what's happening at the Internet Society leadership level.
