Thank you for sharing this application. It’s great to see such a
well-thought-out initiative with strong academic and industry backing. The
focus on capacity building and local infrastructure development, especially
around ixp.mk, is promising. Ensuring long-term engagement beyond the
founding members will be key to the chapter’s sustainability and
