[Chapter-delegates] Reminder for ISOC End of Year Campaign and Vint Cerf's Matching Challenge

Thanks Glenn, really great feedback and you are absolutely right that we
(myself and the ISOC fundraising team) for the purpose of this campaign are
not targeting any particular directed use of the fund. Part of that is that
for the purpose of Vint's matching, this is the more "flexible" way to go
about it. But, possibly for the future, we can design campaigns that are
more targeted and related to chapters' interests and needs, and work more
closely with chapters or different regions of chapters on more
specific topics and funding targets.

Maybe our fundraising team can also enlist chapters/regional reps to
solicit their inputs for future campaigns too.

And thank you for your contribution and you of course have doubled your
impact. I hope more will follow your lead, Glenn! :)
