[Chapter-delegates] New officers in the Board of the Brazil Chapter

Dear chapter leaders

On March 21, the Brazil Chapter held its annual General Assembly. During 
the Assembly, the chapter elected two new officers for its Board. Pedro 
Lana was elected as new Vice-President, and Laura Pereira was elected as 
new Director of Projects. Their three-year terms started on April 5. 
According to our bylaws, two positions of the Board are renewed every year.

The Board has now the following composition:

  * President: Flávio Wagner (term until April 2027)
  * Vice-President: Pedro Lana (term until April 2028)
  * Director of Communications and Events: Thobias Moura (term until
    April 2027)
  * Administrative Director: André Fernandes (term until April 2026)
  * Finance Director: Giovanna Michelato (term until April 2026)
  * Director of Projects: Laura Pereira (term until April 2028)
