[Chapter-delegates] 2025 ISOC Board of Trustees Elections Results

Congratulations to the newly elected Trustees and thanks to Ramanou and 
all others, involved in the process!
I am really impressed by the number of chapters, who voted - almost 
94%!!! Is that an all-time record? Wow!

It was a good discussion, leading to these results!
