[Chapter-delegates] Gentle Reminder: Call for Chapter Peer Mentors – Share Your Expertise!

Dear Colleagues,

Many of you have shared with us that you’d like to have more opportunities to learn from each other and support each other on leadership and chapter management topics. We have therefore decided to expand our pool of Chapter Peer Mentors to cover more topics than just election observers (which was a resource that was highly appreciated by many chapters over the last couple of years - thanks to all volunteers!!!).

Today is your chance to let us if you are interested in becoming a Chapter Peer Mentor. Whether a chapter is just forming, looking to expand, or refining its operations, your expertise can make a difference!
At the same time, this is an opportunity to further develop your leadership and interpersonal skills in a global and multicultural setting.

Mentorship topics for 2025 include:
• Developing Chapter Activities
• Membership Growth and Engagement
• Chapter Communications (from strategy to implementation)
• Chapter Leadership Elections (incl. chapter election observers)
• Local Partnerships, Fundraising and Sponsorships
• Non-profit Management (incl. local legal registration)
• Chapter Formation Guidance and Support

How to get involved:
If you have experience in any of these areas and are willing to join the pool of mentors for this year, please fill out our interest form<https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2025chapterpeermentorship>. By signing up, you’ll become part of a trusted network of peers who may be called upon to support fellow chapters with insights and advice.

We’ll extract the submitted data on 11 April 2025 to then officially launch the “Chapter Peer Mentorship Pool”.
