Ethics discussions are taking place and should be held more frequently at the national level before a sophisticated artificial intelligence system capable of consciousness and sentience is developed. Before we unintentionally or intentionally create a conscious artificial intelligence, we must investigate and solidify explicit methods for assessing A.I. sentience and transparent rules, regulations, and rights.
How should we commemorate or mark this day? Observance is achieved by emphasizing the advantages of artificial intelligence and the significance of ethical discussions. Using education as a kind of observance.
