[Chapter-delegates] Chapter advice on live streaming

Hi Chris, thanks for sharing the plans of the communications team in the Foundation to improve ISOC’s presence and relevance. I am happy to collaborate with any effort if required. I strongly suggest that any archiving effort should be addressed by a carefully studied program / project as the analogous (a library in a higher education institution) is rarely under the care of the comms team.

If there was a formal request by the ChAC there would be a formal BOT response, however it did not happened that way.
