[Chapter-delegates] Fwd: Possible email list problem & test

Hi

A colleague trying to send a note to the list gets

"Klaus Birkenbihl via Chapter-delegates" <chapter-delegates at elists.isoc.org>
and it doesn't go through

Kraus is with the German chapter. It may just be an artifact of his email
program.

Is this a problem? If so, what should he do?
