[Chapter-delegates] FYI - WTSA-24 proposal matrix and background document

Chapter delegates,

As many of you may be aware, the ITU’s World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly 2024 (WTSA-24) started last week and continues this week in New Delhi, India. We have a page with more information:

We do have a team there in New Delhi participating in the meetings (Sebastian Bellagamba, Adrian Wan, and Tatiana Tropina) and they would be glad to meet up with any Chapter members or anyone else who is attending. (They have already been in touch with the president of our Delhi Chapter.)
