[Chapter-delegates] Congratulations to ISOC.NL

Hello all,

As ISOC staff I am lurking on this list and hardly ever contribute. 
However, I want to share my admiration for the chapter that I am also 
proudly part of: The Dutch Chapter.

Last week it celebrated its 25 year anniversary in a collaborative event 
that brought together a couple of 100 people (don’t know the exact 
number) from the Dutch Internet community. In collaboration with the 
[Internet.nl](https://internet.nl/) platform that celebrated its 10th 
anniversary and the [Dutch IGF 
organizers](https://ecp.nl/project/nl-internet-governance-forum/).

The day was an excellent mix between substantive discussions,  inspiring 
talks, networking, and meeting good friends. It featured an interview 
with Marietje Schaake on her new book [the Tech 
Coup](https://press.princeton.edu/books/hardcover/9780691241173/the-tech-coup?srsltid=AfmBOooPQGknwWLmtX7UYYe8MpENps0_AC327nsVNh2aNSeNxOKxkioq); 
a video message from Vint Cerf; a call from Internet Hall of Fame 
inductee Kees Neggers for rethinking the Internet architecture;  and an 
inspiring talk by MP Raoul White about _the role of the Internet in 
relation to The Netherlands and the African Diaspora_ which mentioned 
the importance of the establishment of the Surinam chapter.  Besides, 
the day celebrated its community by inaugurating a number of people in 
the Dutch Internet Hall of Fame, and handing out lifetime achievement 
awards.

Thanks to Ruben and the other members of the board of the Dutch chapter 
for again punching above their weight.
