This is an output of our 2024 action plan project, Guiding Constructive Internet Policy, where we explore policy principles and gather insights on intermediary protections or liability worldwide.

Why we’re doing this?

We believe it’s essential to understand the different functions of Internet intermediaries to develop policies that keep the Internet open, secure, and trustworthy. This is in response to increasing limits to or conditions on intermediary liability protections, which could negatively affect the Internet ecosystem.

We would appreciate your insights and expertise.
