Dear VP Sheikh.

I am Eng. Alphonce Odhiambo , the current president of the Internet Society
Kenya Chapter. Prior to that I served as the Vice President of the Chapter.
I have keenly read through your email and taken note of some of the key
issues you have raised. I don't want to take sides on this but I want to
urge you that a true leader never quits when things go south. I am urging
you to get a sit down and have some of these issues resolved within your
Executive Committee. I have observed that the issues raised are not
repeating and therefore could have been propelled by some miscommunication
and misaligned priorities in teamwork.

Please note that being a VP is a governance position and requires
problem-solving, tolerance and diplomacy to handle.

I wish ISOC India Bengaluru Chapter a smooth leadership.

Thank you.
Regards,
Eng. Alphonce Odhiambo,
President,
ISOC Kenya Chapter
