Dear Christopher,
Thank you for your kind words. You put it very well sir “power” and
“impact” of the chapters.
Strong chapters make ISOC strong and effective everywhere they are present
and reverse is true. But the million dollar question is what makes a
chapter strong! I leave this for debate on another day.
