[Chapter-delegates] Meeting in Istanbul

Hi again.
After being at that meeting (sadly, not for all of it due to scheduling 
conflict), sharing some observations.
I liked the way ISOC has organized it all.
There were well over a hundred people, from around the world. They all 
looked excited to be able to interact with the new CEO, Sally Wentworth.
She was very friendly, direct, and open in her interactions with all of 
us. She also showed great interest in the coming WSIS+20 negotiations at 
the United Nations next year, which is an encouraging sign.
ISOC chapters members, who I saw - it was a pleasure seeing you, and 
hope that we can continue the good work in the coming years!
