[Chapter-delegates] WEBCAST OCT 30 – IPNSIG Academy: Lunar Communications for the Artemis Program

The main item of interest is that KDDI will be collaborating with startup
GITAI <https://gitai.tech/> to have robots assemble distributed cell
antennas on the lunar surface. Operational target is 2030.
