[Chapter-delegates] Invitation to Observe ISOC Board Meeting (2-3 November 2024)

I have a question, about the 'no recording' disclaimer that has to be
signed off on before one can observe the Board Meeting. If the session is
public, what is the exact purpose of this? Surely members might want/need
to review what was said?

If I were to make and share a transcript, that is not technically
recording, correct?

I note that, while the sessions are eventually posted on YouTube, there has
been (occasionally long) delays before this is done, and the recordings are
inferior raw Zoom quality, and without separate transcripts, which
accessibility good practice would require.
