[Chapter-delegates] A call to =?utf-8?Q?chapters=E2=80=99_?=action

Dear Members and Friends of ISOC,

During the last months, we have read many stories about the tools we need to build a better Internet for everyone, not just the software and resources but policies that may future shape the organizations and regions. Some discussions are happening at a national or regional level, others organized by the staff that we interact with. However, most is happening in the email lists as we have been precluded of meeting physically for long time. As a member of ISOC, I would, respectfully, like to make a call to our 120+ chapters to collectively think about how we can organize in the short term a discussion about the issues that we face to fulfill our mission -global, regional or national. Not a meeting organized and conducted by Staff, not within another organizations’ event, but by the Chapters and their leadership with open participation. It may be an utopia but we know that we are well capable of do it.
