Hi

Good news. NA group had only been US & Canada. Mexico joined us. Thank you
Luis & Kyle

Courteous disagreement on a hard, crucial problem ISOC faces.
What should we do when two principles collide?

Natalie and Andrew presented why national regulations can impede the flow
on the Internet.

Others thought that some restrictions are necessary for appropriate
government action. Google and other giants are avoiding about $20 billion
in taxes on income earned in other countries? That's important to my
Rawlsian sense of justice, moving income for the poorer to the richer,

Germany, the EU & I want to protect citizens from NSA surveilling
everything. (Also from China & Russia, but NSA does more.) Obviously,
sending everyone's data to America makes it easier for the NSA.

Britain wants to review some source code for security reasons; ISOC thinks
Britain shouldn't have that right because it is unfair to companies.
Britain also wants to do something about bullying, a big issue there.

I'll follow up with some suggestions but I worked all night,
