Dear team,
When a Software Solution has to be developed, certain System Inputs are given by the Customer. Or the Provider / Developer studies the requirements and submits an SRS document to the Customer. That SRS document, after clearance, will be used for developing / customising the Software.
And when a Software Solution is developed / customised and tested, its features are demonstrated to an authorised person / team. Once satisfied with that demo, the Software is permitted to be released for implemengtation / use.
Please let me know what SRS inputs are given / taken for email feature and who has taken the final demonstration and who has permnitted it to be released for use.
Actually, there is no functional emailing feature in the portal.
I will make "N" number of tickets so long it is not demonstrated to me.
Please upgrade your attittude to become responsive and helpful, instead of
dodging the time and wasting users' patience and efforts.
