[Chapter-delegates] Request for a method to send email to Chapter members.

Hi Mohan,

I hope this email finds you well.

I do understand your frustration and have  been through it before.
While waiting for the demo video, we learnt we can use an alternative
channel within the new AMS. If you have time or any other leader who would
like help with communicating using the same feature to communicate to your
chapter members.

I am available on Tuesday. Do advise, anytime before or after 9:50 UTC -
13:00 UTC.
