This news is quite intriguing, and it seems no one was previously aware of
it. Can anyone from the ChAC-SC on this list explain the reasons behind the
action mentioned by Andrew?

Turns out this was removed at the ChAC request, but we missed that link
during update. I’m hopeful the ChAC will post something to the list about
their plans.
