Thanks for asking us to look at the public recording of the more recent
meeting of the Board of Trustees.
Whilst I have found a public record of the public part of the Internet
Society Foundation Meeting F24 - March 2024 which was uploaded pretty
quickly (3 days ago) - https://youtu.be/fnsOkds-Ogs?si=DjU7cw4BSCIpu0ZQ
(and was pretty interesting too!)

... I have not found any link to a public record of the ISOC Board of
Trustees meeting.
Not here: https://www.internetsociety.org/board-of-trustees/meetings/
No minutes here: https://www.internetsociety.org/board-of-trustees/minutes/
Nor any recording here: https://www.youtube.com/@InternetSocietyVideo/videos

Please point us to the public recording that you refer to.

I have found two published resolutions on
https://www.internetsociety.org/board-of-trustees/resolutions/

Resolution 2024-01: Approve the Internet Society Board of Trustees
Attendance Policy
This was approved --- but nowhere can anybody not on the Board see what
that Policy is.

Resolution 2024-02: Approve the Internet Society’s 2025-2030 Strategy
This was approved - with a list of Strategic Goals  and a list of
"Transformations as the operational actions needed to achieve the
organization’s Strategic Goals and remain sustainable".

However, 5 days after these resolutions were presumably voted by the
Board of Trustees, the actual 2025-2030 Strategy Report was not
published. And there are no minutes of the "public" nor the "executive"
parts of the ISOC Board of Trustee meeting, as per Section 11 of the
Amended and Re-Stated By-Laws of the Internet Society published on
https://www.internetsociety.org/about-internet-society/governance-policies/by-laws/

I wonder what is taking so much time?

Many thanks,

Olivier
