As I think I already said, but I will repeat: we made this decision because, among other reasons, the streams were very infrequently used. They were driving essentially no traffic for us. The extremely infrequent use (some streams had no consumers at all) meant that we could not justify the continuation.

The evaluation was on the basis of the consumption of the streams. I understand that there are people who feel these streams are useful, but the _actual results_ do not bear those impressions out. If, however, chapters believe the streams are useful anyway, they are in a position to use their resources to continue supporting them.
