Thanks for these pointers, Hank - I was also going to point to RIPE's
financial statement and to ISOC's past per-project transparency which
appears to have been lost somehow.
Many years ago ICANN was opaque in its financials citing a variety of
reasons which we also hear now in ISOC.
ICANN's financials are now so detailed, you can follow projects etc.

This is all a part of expected good governance in 2024.
