Dear Chapter Leaders:

This is to provide you with more information on the Internet Society's 2024
Board of Trustees election. As announced by Nominations Committee Chair
Barry Leiba, the final slate for the Chapters election is as follows
(candidates are listed in alphabetical order by last name):

   - Maureen Hilyard
   - Luis Martinez

In this year's election cycle, Chapters are asked to elect one (1) trustee.
The winning candidate will serve a three-year term commencing with ISOC’s
Annual General Meeting in June 2024.

An electronic ballot will be sent to an eligible Chapter’s president (or
voting delegate if one has been assigned) on Friday, 22 March, officially
marking the start of the election. Chapter presidents or voting delegates
will have until 15:00 UTC on Friday, 5 April, to cast their ballots. If you
do not know who the president or voting delegate for your Chapter is, do
not hesitate to contact your Community Engagement Manager (CEM) or ISOC
Community Compliance and Governance Specialist Rama Rejman. Contact details
are noted below.
