[Chapter-delegates] Invitation to Observe ISOC Board Meeting (22-23 June)

Dear Andrew,

thank you very much. I have now found the Foundation's Agenda for Sunday 
23rd June on: https://www.isocfoundation.org/meeting-agenda/f26-agenda/

Unfortunately I cannot see the participation details - how is one able 
to attend the open sessions as an observer?
