[Chapter-delegates] Invitation to Observe ISOC Board Meeting (22-23 June)

Just a reminder that this starts tomorrow Saturday 22nd June 2024.

The meeting starts at 13:00 UTC.
There's a 15 minute break at 14:35 UTC with the open meeting restarting 
at 14:50.
Lunch at 16:20 UTC until 17:20 UTC. The back with the open meeting until 
the closed executive session from 18:50 UTC to 20:40 UTC.
Finally - note that the Chapter Advisory Council Steering Committee will 
give its report at 20:40 UTC.

So the Saturday will be a pretty full agenda.

What I do wonder about is what happens on 23rd June and... 24th June?
Nothing has been published for these days... somehow surprising since we 
are 48h from these days.
