[Chapter-delegates] ISOC reception at ICANN 80 in Kigali

Thanks to the Rwanda chapter in particular, and to all the African
chapters who supported this, for an excellent ISOC reception tonight
at the ICANN 80 meeting in Kigali.  We had three ISOC board members
present -- Caleb, Maureen (incoming) and me -- and Internet
hall-of-famer and legend Nii Quaynor also said a few words, Sally
Wentworth attended on Zoom and greeted us, and we all had a good time
mingling and socializing.  It was particularly nice for me, having a
chance to meet some of the wonderful members of the ISOC chapters in
Africa, and I hope I get to see all of you many times after this.
