[Chapter-delegates] Invitation to Observe ISOC Board Meeting (22-23 June)

Dear Hank,

Effectively, the next formal meeting of the BOT will happen on the 12th of June. The agenda is set for the 16.35h to 16.50h UTC. I am not sure if all sections are open to observers, but happily I will ask and write you back.

Regarding the AGM, it will start on the 22nd and finish on the 24th of June. There is no agenda yet published but be sure it will be published well ahead.
