[Chapter-delegates] New Facebook Live settings

Hi all,

Starting the Interplanetary Chapter webcast a short while ago, I found it
would not allow the crosspost from ISOC LIVE to tthe IPNISOC Facebook page.
The reason given - any page must have at least 100 followers before it can
stream live. https://www.facebook.com/ipnisoc/ currently has 85 followers
and didn't make the grade.

This is a new rule. Never seen it before. Details are on

Since many Chapters like to livestream or simulcast their events via
Facebook, I would suggest that leaders check their FB pages for follower
numbers, and, if less than 100, do a quick recruiting drive! Meanwhile,
ISOC LIVE's FB is available to all Chapters - fill out
https://bit.ly/isocevents  to request a stream. As a workaround, a link to
this stream can simply be posted to a Chapter's own FB page.

Many Chapters (and some Staff) appreciate ISOC LIVE crosspost ing their
webcasts to the local regional ISOC FB page. While Asia Pacific is still
good, currently ISOC LIVE's access to the Africa And LAC pages has recently
been cut.. If you require a crosspost there, a separate formal request to
Chapter Support might do it.

Last but not least, all ISOC Chapter FB activity can and should be shared
to the excellent https://www.facebook.com/groups/internetsocietychapters
