[Chapter-delegates] Chapter Admin Funding Update

Dear ISOC Chapter Leaders,



This is a kind reminder that the Chapter Admin Funding program will soon be opening for 2024.



Management of the Chapter Admin Funding program is currently transitioning to the ISOC Foundation, and all processes related to these grants will be done in the Fluxx platform<https://isocfoundation.fluxx.io/> moving forward. This is the same platform used to apply to all other grant and sponsorship programs run by the Foundation.



Applications for Chapter Admin Funding will open from 6 February to 30 April 2024. Applications will not be accepted outside of this period.



During this transition, please be advised that reporting on 2023 Chapter Admin grants will be submitted as part of your application for 2024 funding.  Any previous reporting deadlines established with your 2023 Chapter Admin grant no longer apply. In order to submit your 2023 report, you will only need to upload a copy of a budget report for the grant using this template<https://isoc.box.com/s/8org3c57ge7gj7yoylfeylh3qay8uua6>. There will be a section specifically for this in the 2024 Chapter Admin Funding application, and you will also be able to download a copy of the reporting template there. After this year, all future Chapter Admin Funding reports will be submitted in Fluxx, but separately from applications.
