[Chapter-delegates] Delegation of .LB ccTLD management to ISOC-LB

Dear colleagues, 
 
The Internet Society Lebanon Chapter ISOC-LB has the pleasure to announce that it is now managing the .LB country code Top Level Domains: 
https://www.iana.org/domains/root/db/lb.html
an additional ISOC Chapter in managing a ccTLD. 
we are grateful to ISOC foundation for providing the necessary funding, the project wouldn't have been possible without. 
Many Thanks to the colleagues in ISOC Armenia for providing assistance and sharing their experience in managing .AM ccTLD, we showed together that communication and coordination among Internet Society chapters is indeed fruitful.
