[Chapter-delegates] make simple things complex again!

I will add a third MemberNova negative. It was slow! The speed up on
Fonteva is very welcome.

Where it did shine, IMO, is the community groups vs Fonteva's
groups/chatter. Easier to find, easier to use, fuller content options.

I seriously miss the 'Open Forum', the only way for Chapters / members to
openly interact.
