[Chapter-delegates] Surprising "Welcome to the Internet Society" email

Hi everybody,

I was, after my years as a member, somewhat surprised to receive an
"Welcome to the Internet Society" email telling me
"You are now a member of the Internet Society. We are glad to have
you as part of our growing community.". The source and links
seem all bona fide mail.isoc.org ones.

Is this a result of some IT changes or something?
